Common use of Amount of PTO Allowed Clause in Contracts

Amount of PTO Allowed. In the year of transfer, employees who transfer from a vacation agreement position to a PTO position will be allowed to take maximum PTO accruable based on their calendar year compensated service or vacation earned under the agreement schedule in the calendar year of the transfer, whichever is greater. After the initial year, PTO accrual will be based on the Section B schedule.
