Amendments of Certain Indebtedness. Amend, modify or change in any manner any term or condition of any of the Indenture Indebtedness or any Additional Indebtedness permitted by Section 7.03(k) or (l) or refinance or replace any such Indebtedness so that the terms and conditions thereof are less favorable to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders than the terms and conditions of the relevant Indebtedness as of the later of the Closing Date or the date of incurrence thereof.
