Ally Floorplan. Within thirty (30) days of the date hereof, the Company shall provide the Administrative Agent with evidence that all interest, fees and other amounts not previously paid with respect to floorplan financing arrangements existing on or prior to the Effective Date among Ally Bank (or its Affiliates) and any Subsidiary have been paid and that all Liens securing obligations under such floorplan financing arrangements have been terminated.
