Outstanding Fees Termination shall not relieve Client of the obligation to pay JAGGAER the fees agreed in the Order Form unless (i) Client terminates the Agreement in accordance with Section 5.3 above, in which case Client shall be entitled to a prorated refund of any pre-paid Subscription fees for the remaining number of months left in the Subscription Term following the effective date of termination or (ii) the Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 6.1 or 7.1.
Licensing Fees An employee whose job specification requires a professional license or certification as a condition of employment and who uses such license for State business shall be reimbursed for the cost of such license or certification.
Other Fees (i) The Borrower shall pay to the Arranger and the Administrative Agent for their own respective accounts fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Fee Letter. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever.
Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date. If you do not pay us the amounts owing by the date indicated, we will charge you the Late Payment Charge.
Processing Fees The Borrower acknowledges that processing fee as mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been paid by the Borrower.
Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.
Annual Fees Tiered Fee Schedule for Premier Wealth Tactical, Premier Wealth Tactical Core, ETF Sector Rotation, Tactical Opportunity, Equity Growth and Value, Equity Growth Opportunity, Equity Dividend Income, and all Premier Wealth Tactical Core/ ETF Sector Rotation Strategies (also known as Xxxxxxxxx Moderate, Xxxxxxxxx Moderately Aggressive, or Xxxxxxxxx Aggressive):
Participation Fees Vendor or vendor assigned dealer Agreements to pay the participation fee for all Agreement sales to TIPS on a monthly scheduled report. Vendor must login to the TIPS database and use the “Submission Report” section to report sales. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealers are responsible for keeping record of all sales that go through the TIPS Agreement. Failure to pay the participation fee will result in termination of Agreement. Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.
Parking Fees The University will allow faculty who complete the necessary forms to receive one (1) parking decal at no cost, and have the cost of additional parking decal fees deducted from their payroll check on a pre-tax basis.
