Alternative Position Away from Tonganah & Ling Siding Sites. 4.2.1 Where the Company offers an Employee whose position has been made redundant an alternative position at a different location away from the Scottsdale operations (which requires relocating their place of residence) and the Employee declines such an offer, then the resultant termination of employment will be deemed to have been made by the Company and the Employee will be entitled to the redundancy benefits of this Agreement.
