Common use of Alternate Time Clause in Contracts

Alternate Time. In lieu of payment for overtime, the Employee may opt for alternate time off at overtime rates for each hour worked. Such time off shall be offered by the Employer to the Employee within sixty (60) days of the overtime accruing and shall be taken within six (6) months of the date of offer.
