Common use of ALLOWABLE COSTS AND PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

ALLOWABLE COSTS AND PAYMENTS. (a) Contractor will be reimbursed for hours worked at the hourly rates specified in Contractors Cost Proposal (Exhibit A-1, page 5). The specified hourly rates shall include direct salary costs, employee benefits, overhead, and fee. These rates are not adjustable for the performance period set forth in this Contract.
