Aid Effectiveness. The government has committed itself to implementing the principles of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and the commitments laid out in the Busan Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation, as agreed at the High Level Forum in Busan in December 2011. The Government and UNDP have both signed these agreements. The Ministry of Economic Regulation has been charged with coordinating international assistance, and developing state policy on securing and utilisation of such assistance, and monitoring and evaluating its effectiveness.
