Agreements of Employer. Employer promises that, after the beginning of, and throughout the entirety of, the Employment Period, Employer shall provide to Employee Company Information, as it exists as of the Effective Date and as Employer continues to acquire and develop new and additional Company Information throughout the Employment Period.

Agreements of Employer. In connection with Employee's employment with Employer, Employee will need access to Cbnfidential Information necessary to perform Employee's duties. Employer agrees and promises that, after the beginning of, and throughout the entirety of, the Term, Employer will provide or give access to Employee such Confidential Information necessary to perform Employee's duties from time to time, as it exists as of the Effective Date and as Employer continues to acquire and develop new and additional Confidential Informtion throughout the Term, subject to Employee accepting employment hereunder and Employee's continued compliance with the terms and agreements of this Agreement.
