Common use of Agreement on Banking of RDO’s Clause in Contracts

Agreement on Banking of RDO’s. a) Where an employer and an employee agree up to five RDO’s may be accrued for the purpose of creating a bank to be drawn upon by the employee at times mutually agreed. Details of such banked RDO’s shall be entered on to each employee’s employment records.
