Online Banking Transactions. At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make xxxx payments from your checking account using the Xxxx Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.

Online Banking Transactions. At the present time, You may use Online Banking in conjunction with Your Access Code, an internet connection and a personal computer or internet enabled portable computing device (e.g. smartphone or tablet), for the following services: (a) transfer funds between Your share and share draft Accounts; (b) make payments on Your Credit Union loan accounts from Your share and share draft Account(s); (c) make credit advances from Your Credit Union line of credit account to Your share and share draft Accounts; and (d) make miscellaneous inquiries on Credit Union services that affect Your Account. Online Banking operates 24 hours every day. If You attempt to use the system and are told that "the system is not available," please try again later when service is restored. ONLINE BILL PAY TRANSACTIONS. At the present time, You may use Online Bill Pay in conjunction with Your Access Code, an internet connection and a personal computer or internet enabled portable computing device (e.g. smartphone or tablet) to: (a) authorize the Credit Union to issue payments in amounts up to $10,000.00 on Your behalf, except to the extent that such payments are for governmental agencies, state and local taxing authorities, court-ordered payment and/or addresses outside the United States of America; and (b) check status of payments previously authorized through the Online Bill Payment service. In order to use the Online Bill Pay service for such transactions, You must have a share draft Account with Us. By completing an Online Bill Pay transaction, You authorize Us to post any such payments to Your share draft Account. Payments will be made by check or electronic transfer and may take as long as 10 business days from the date requested to be sent to the payee. The Credit Union cannot guarantee the time any payment will reach any of Your payees and accepts no liability for any service fees or late charges levied against You. Payments requested to be sent on dates that do not exist in a given month (i.e. February 30th or April 31st), or fall on Saturdays, Sundays, federal reserve and other Credit Union observed holidays will be sent on the next business day.

Transactions involving your deposit accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement and transactions involving a line of credit account will be subject to your Loan Agreement and Disclosures, as applicable.
Online Banking Transactions. At the present time, you or any persons who you have authorized to use your Online Banking Service, sign-on Password, challenge questions or any other access code may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, money market and loan accounts • Transfer funds to accounts of other members and persons using the Electronic Transfer service • Initiate transfers to and from other financial institutions • Access your credit card or line of credit account up to the credit limit • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and money market accounts • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, money market, certificate and IRA accounts (deposit accounts) • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges • Access copies of cleared checks, e-Statements and eNotices • Make online Bill Payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service • Receive bills online through the Online Bill Presentment feature of Bill Pay • Request payments to Rivermark loans or to fund deposit accounts from your external Debit Card • Name your account or loan • Manage your Certificate of Deposit maturity options • Open a new account online • Add a joint owner online Transactions involving your deposit accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. The Credit Union cannot guarantee the time any payment will reach any of Your creditors and accepts no liability for any service fees or late charges levied against You. Payments requested to be sent on dates that do not exist in a given month (i.e. February 30th or April 31st), or fall on Saturdays, Sundays, federal reserve and other Credit Union observed holidays will be sent on the next business day. In addition, payment requests received prior to Our cut-off time on a day that We are open will be processed on that day, whereas payment requests received after Our cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
