Agency For Persons With Disabilities. In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, effective July 1, 2022, the minimum annual base rate of pay for each eligible unit employee shall be $41,600. In addition to the inflation pay adjustment, each unit employee shall receive a special pay adjustment equal to the increase necessary to attain the minimum annual base rate of pay of $41,600, or an additional 5 percent increase to the employee’s June 30, 2022, base rate of pay after the inflation pay adjustment is made, whichever is greater.
