Security Specialists. Effective July 1, 2016, employees shall advance by one (1) Step on their salary schedule.  Employees on the top step shall receive the equivalent of a step movement as a one-time payment.  The balance of funds will be distributed equally on the salary schedule. Campus Monitors  Effective July 1, 2016, the salary range schedule for Campus Monitors shall be revised to a Step Salary Schedule.  All Campus Monitors shall be placed and advance one step on the salary schedule.  Employees on the top step shall receive the equivalent of a step movement as a one-time payment.  The balance of funds will be distributed equally on the salary schedule. Facilities  Employees shall advance one step on the salary schedule effective July 1, 2016.  Employees on the top step shall receive the equivalent of a step movement paid as a one-time payment.  The balance of funds will be distributed equally on the salary schedule.

  • Specialist A dentist who focuses on a specific area of dentistry, including oral surgery, endodontia, periodontia, orthodontia and pediatric dentistry, or a group of patients to diagnose, manage, prevent or treat certain types of symptoms and conditions. Spouse: The person to whom the Subscriber is legally married, including a same sex Spouse. Spouse also includes a domestic partner. Subscriber: The person to whom this Contract is issued. UCR (Usual, Customary and Reasonable): The cost of a dental service in a geographic area based on what Providers in the area usually charge for the same or similar medical service. Utilization Review: The review to determine whether services are or were Medically Necessary or experimental or investigational (including treatment for a rare disease or a clinical trial).   • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures. A copy of these policies and procedures shall be made available to the CONTRACTOR upon request.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Reliance on Third Party Service Providers Each Party may allow Reporting Financial Institutions to use third party service providers to fulfill the obligations imposed on such Reporting Financial Institutions by a Party, as contemplated in this Agreement, but these obligations shall remain the responsibility of the Reporting Financial Institutions.

  • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State except in the following circumstances, when such income may also be taxed in the other Contracting State:

  • Volunteer Peer Assistants 1. Up to eight (8)

  • PROFESSORS, TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution which is recognized by the competent authority in that other Contracting State, visits that other Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other Contracting State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.

  • Subcontractors and Agents Contractor shall enter into an agreement with any Agent or subcontractor that will have access to Protected Health Information and/or Personally Identifiable Information that is received from, or created or received by, Contractor on behalf of Covered California or in connection with this Agreement, or any of its contracting Plans pursuant to which such Agent or subcontractor agrees to be bound by the same or more stringent restrictions, terms and conditions as those that apply to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement with respect to such Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information.
