Affiliate Receivables. Permit the aggregate balance of accounts receivable from Affiliates (other than such receivables constituting receivables for wholesale sales of power) to equal or exceed $12,500,000 as of the end of any calendar month.
Affiliate Receivables. Borrower will not at any time allow any accounts receivable and other receivables to be owed to Borrower by any Affiliate, except as disclosed on Schedule 5.11 attached hereto or otherwise consented to by Xxxxxx in its sole discretion.
Affiliate Receivables. All accounts receivable of and notes payable to the Company from Shareholders or from any entity directly or indirectly controlled by a Shareholder (other than Northcoast/Texas, Northcoast/Kansas, or Northcoast/America) shall have been repaid to the Company in full, and Shareholders shall have delivered evidence of such repayment to Chart and Merger Sub;

Affiliate Receivables. On each of June 15, 2008 and July 15, 2008, Borrower shall reduce its gross Affiliate receivables by an amount equal to Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($500,000.00).
Affiliate Receivables. The Data Room contains a correct and complete list of (i) any obligation of any shareholder of the Company to repay any amount loaned to such shareholder by the Company (the “Shareholder Loans”); and (ii) all assets owned by the Company and used in the personal capacity of any shareholder of the Company, any Affiliate or relative of any shareholder, or any officer, employee, or director of the Company.
