Admission of Wrongdoing. This Agreement does not constitute an admission by the Company of a violation of any federal, state, or local laws. It is further understood and agreed that this settlement is a compromise of a real or potential dispute and that the promises of the Company are not to be construed as an admission of liability, but rather that liability is expressly denied.
