Administration of Medication. 3.35 a) No teacher shall be required to do any medical or physical procedure for pupils that may endanger the safety or well-being of the pupil or subject the teacher to risk of injury or liability for negligence. Such procedures may include but are not limited to administration of medication, catheterization, lifting a pupil, physiotherapy, feeding handicapped pupils, postural drainage, manual expression of the bladder and toileting procedures.
