Common use of Adjustment to Salary Schedule Clause in Contracts

Adjustment to Salary Schedule. Any ten (10) month or ten (10) month plus one (1) week employee employed prior to February 1, of any school year, shall be given full credit for one (1) year of service, and any twelve (12) month employee employed prior to January 1, of any school year, shall be given full credit for one (1) year of service and shall be placed on the next step of the salary guide in July 1 or September 1 immediately following their appointment.
