Adjustment of Increment Dates. If an Employee has an unpaid leave of absence that exceeds 150 calendar days, the increment date shall be moved back by one year.

Adjustment of Increment Dates. If an Employee has an unpaid leave of absence or one or more unexcused absences totaling more than ten (10) days during any one contract year, his/her increment date will be advanced by the number of days of the unpaid leaves or unexcused absences.
