Rate Increases definition

Rate Increases. Baan reserves the right to modify consulting and training rates -------------- with 90 days notice. We will not agree to cap rates for the duration of a contract or to a minimum level per year. Any forced negotiation of this type will have a direct impact on the quality of resource Baan is able to provide on the implementation team. ("Company") and Baan International B.V. ("Baan"). In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein and in the Agreement, Company and Baan agree as follows:
Rate Increases. In the event that power rates charged S&DFIL1 increase more than 10% above current levels, S&DFC reserves the right to increase the rate proportionately.

Related to Rate Increases

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.

  • Increased Rate means, with respect to any Increased Rate Period for a Series of RVMTP Shares, the Index Rate for such Increased Rate Period plus an Applicable Spread of 5.92%.

  • Rate Ceiling The maximum per annum Mortgage Interest Rate permitted under the related Mortgage Note.

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Rate Period or "n(t-1,t)" means, in respect of a Relevant Business Day, (i) the number of calendar days from (and including) the Relevant Business Day immediately preceding such Relevant Business Day to (but excluding) such Relevant Business Day, divided by (ii) 360;
