Adjudication Board Procedures. (a) Within ten (10) days, or as soon as reasonably possible, of receipt of a grievance the Chair shall convene a Board and advise the Employer and the Union of the hearing date. At the Board hearing, the Employer may be represented by the President of the Institute or the Department Head or the Employer's designate(s); the aggrieved Employee may be represented by the President of the Union or the President's designate(s).
