ADICIO Marks. CLIENT may use the ADICIO trade name, trademarks, or service marks (the "ADICIO Marks") in accordance with any written instructions trademark guidelines or other policies provided by ADICIO. CLIENT acknowledges that CLIENT’S use of the ADICIO Marks will not create in it, nor will it represent it has, any right, title or interest in the ADICIO Marks. CLIENT will not challenge the validity of or attempt to register any of the ADICIO Marks nor adopt any trademark, trade name, service xxxx or logo which is confusingly similar or is likely to cause confusion as to the source or origin of any products or Services or in any manner that disparages or discredits ADICIO. CLIENT acknowledges ADICIO'S and its affiliates' ownership and exclusive right to use the ADICIO Marks and agrees that all goodwill arising as a result of the use of the ADICIO Marks shall inure to the benefit of ADICIO and its affiliates. Should ADICIO find objectionable any use of the ADICIO Marks by CLIENT, ADICIO shall have the right to revoke, with respect to the objectionable use, the rights granted to CLIENT under this Service Agreement to use the ADICIO Marks, and CLIENT shall immediately cease using the ADICIO Marks in the manner found objectionable by ADICIO.

  • Third Party Technology The Company makes use of third party technology to collect information required for traffic measurement, research, and analytics. Use of third party technology entails data collection. We therefore would like to inform clients the Company enables third parties to place or read cookies located on the browsers of users entering the Company’s domain. Said third parties may also use web beacons to collect information through advertising located on the Company’s web site. Please note that you may change your browser settings to refuse or disable Local Shared Objects and similar technologies; however, by doing so you may be disabling some of the functionality of Company’s services.

  • Use of Names and Marks All names, trademarks, trade names or symbols (collectively, “Branding”) of each Party are and will remain the exclusive property of such Party. Neither Party will acquire any right to the Branding of the other Party. Accenture will have the limited right to use Supplier’s Branding in connection with the activities described in this Purchase Order. Neither Party may: (i) publicize this Purchase Order, or their subject matter; (ii) state that a Party has approved or endorsed any product or service provided by the other Party as contemplated by this Purchase Order; or (iii) otherwise use the Branding of such other Party or its Affiliates, without the other Party’s prior written consent.
