Address and Telephone Number. 8.01 Each employee, whether active or inactive, shall keep the Company advised of his current address and telephone number, or contact, if a telephone is not available. The mailing of a notice to the address furnished to the Company by each employee shall be deemed to be compliance by the Company with any provision in this Agreement which require written notice to an employee. A list containing names, addresses and telephone numbers of active bargaining unit employees shall be provided to the Local Union on an annual basis.
