Common use of Additional Services or Service Locations Clause in Contracts

Additional Services or Service Locations. If, during the term of this Agreement, GTE desires to provide to Nextel and Nextel desires to purchase from GTE, or Nextel desires to provide to GTE and GTE desires to purchase from Nextel, additional services in the State, or existing Services in new locations in the State, GTE shall complete a new Appendix A Service Matrix and Appendix B Service Attachment(s) and provide to Nextel. The Appendix A shall be signed by GTE's authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of Nextel, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.

Additional Services or Service Locations. If, during the term of this Agreement, GTE desires to provide to Nextel Spectrum and Nextel Spectrum desires to purchase from GTE, or Nextel Spectrum desires to provide to GTE and GTE desires to purchase from NextelSpectrum, additional services in the State, or existing Services in new locations in the State, GTE shall complete a new Appendix A Service Matrix and Appendix B Service Attachment(s) and provide to NextelSpectrum. The Appendix A shall be signed by GTE's authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of NextelSpectrum, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.

If, during the term of this Agreement, GTE desires to provide to Nextel Vanguard and Nextel Vanguard desires to purchase from GTE, or Nextel Vanguard desires to provide to GTE and GTE desires to purchase from NextelVanguard, additional services Services in the State, or existing Services in new locations in the State, GTE shall complete a new Appendix A Service Matrix and Appendix B Service Attachment(s) and provide to NextelVanguard. The Appendix A shall be signed by GTE's authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of NextelVanguard, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.

If, during the term of this Agreement, GTE desires to provide to Nextel Mobile Communications and Nextel Mobile Communications desires to purchase from GTE, or Nextel Mobile Communications desires to provide to GTE and GTE desires to purchase from NextelMobile Communications, additional services Services in the State, or existing Services in new locations in the State, GTE shall complete a new Appendix A and accompanying Service Matrix and Appendix B Service Attachment(s) Attachment and provide to NextelMobile Communications. The Appendix A shall be signed by GTE's authorized Account Manager and an Mobile Communications’s authorized representative of Nextelrepresentative, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix Appendix A and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.

The Appendix A shall be signed by GTE's authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of NextelPowertel, applied to this agreementAgreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to automatically incorporated into this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.

The Appendix A shall be signed by GTE's authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of NextelACS, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.

The Appendix A shall be signed by GTE's authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of NextelUS Cellular, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.

The Appendix A shall be signed by GTE's authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of NextelCellular One, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.

The Appendix A shall be signed by GTE's authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of NextelAirTouch, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.
