Adapting and developing workflow environments and middleware (involving UCL. IMIM and others) We shall use best practice to utilise, extend and develop flexible and extensible web services based workflow environments to allow models developed using the data and tools described in Tasks 2, 3 and 4 to make transparent use of appropriate computational infrastructure. This in turn will support the requirements of EPs within WP2 and VPH research in general. As part of the RTAE (Task 1) a full audit of workflow environments/middleware in use in other VPH projects (FP6/FP7) will provide the backdrop for activities in this task, such that the needs of all users are considered. Additionally, WP3 coordinators will work closely with ongoing initiatives in this area (i.e. HealthGrid). In detail, therefore, this task will involve:

  • Safe Working Environment ACM does everything reasonably possible to provide a safe working environment for all of its stakeholders including Suppliers and its own employees and agents. ACM does not tolerate offensive, abusive, bullying, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful behaviour or any form of harassment (“Offending Behaviour”). If a Supplier engages in Offending Behaviour, ACM may suspend or terminate this Milk Supply Agreement.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.
