Acquisition Marketing Materials. Contractor shall provide Covered California with marketing materials and related collateral used by Contractor to promote enrollment of the individual market inside and outside Covered California, such as TV, radio, out-of-home, print, digital, social, or any other media channel used in the campaigns at least thirty (30) Days prior to Open Enrollment Period, and at least thirty (30) Days prior to Special Enrollment Period, and at such other intervals as may be reasonably requested by Covered California. Materials submitted should be a representative sample of the larger body of work. Covered California shall treat these materials as confidential consistent with Section 1.4.1
