ACH Fraud Filter. The ACH Fraud Filter Service will enable Company to better protect its accounts at Bank from unauthorized debit entries. Bank offers three options that monitor the debit entries posted to accounts. Company has elected one of the following options: a. to have ACH debit and/or credit entries automatically blocked from its account(s); b. to have ACH debit and/or credit entries presented to it for review and its request for further action; or c. to authorize specific ACH debit and/or credit entries to be posted to its account(s).
