Accredited Officers. The accredited officers who shall conduct all business under the provisions of this Agreement shall be on the part of the Authority those designated by the General Manager from time to time and whose decision shall be final; and on the part of the Union, the President, Business Agent, Secretary, and such additional representatives as may be selected by its laws. Communications, written or verbal, from the Union to the Authority, or from the Authority to the Union, shall be addressed to the proper officer or officers of both, and where in the ordinary course of business it is necessary for confer- ence between heads of departments of the Authority and offi- cers or representatives of the Union, these shall be conducted in the offices of the heads of departments or Division Managers, as the case may be, unless otherwise agreed upon, and proper respect shall at all times be shown by the heads of departments and Division Managers and the officers or repre- sentatives of the Union to each other.

  • Other Officers Such other officers as the Board of Directors may choose shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may delegate to any other officer of the Corporation the power to choose such other officers and to prescribe their respective duties and powers.

  • Appointment of Officers The Trust may have one or more Officers who are hereby empowered to take and are responsible for performing all ministerial duties on behalf of the Trust pursuant to this Agreement and the other Operative Agreements, including, without limitation, the execution of the Officers’ Certificate (as defined in the Indenture), the Trust Order (as defined in the Indenture), the Trust Request (as defined in the Indenture), the annual compliance report required under Section 3.09 of the Indenture, and any annual reports, documents and other reports which the Trust is required to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Depositor shall promptly deliver to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee a list of its officers who shall become the Officers of the Trust pursuant to this Section 11.01.

  • Union Officers and Committee Members Union Officers and Committee Members shall be entitled to leave their work during working hours in order to carry out their functions under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the investigation and processing of grievances, attendance at meetings with the Employer, participation in negotiations and arbitration. Permission to leave work during working hours for such purposes shall first be obtained from the immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. All time spent in performing such Union duties, including work performed on various committees, as referred to in this Agreement, shall be considered as time worked.

  • Election of Officers After their election the Managers shall meet and organize by electing a President from their own number, a Secretary and a Treasurer, and any other officers determined to be necessary by the Board, who may, but need not, be Managers. Any two or more of such offices, except those of President and Secretary, may be held by the same person.

  • SENIORITY OF OFFICERS A. Notwithstanding their position on the seniority list, the President, Vice President, Financial Secretary, Recording Secretary, and Stewards of the Local Union shall, in the event of a layoff only, be continued at work at all times provided they can perform the work available.
