Accounting System and Audit. The Board of Directors shall cause to be installed and maintained an adequate system of accounts and records. At least once in each year the books and accounts of the Company shall be audited by an independent auditing firm, and the report of such audit shall be made at the next Annual Meeting of the Class A Members.

Accounting System and Audit. The Board of Directors shall cause to be established and maintained, in accordance with generally accepted standards of fiscal management for a public charter school applied on a consistent basis, an appropriate accounting and financial reporting system for the Corporation. The Board shall cause the records and books of account of the Corporation to be audited at least once each fiscal year and at such other times as it may seem necessary or appropriate, and may retain such person or firm for such purposes as it may deem appropriate.

  • Accounting System Maintain a system of accounting that enables Borrowers to produce financial statements in accordance with GAAP and maintain records pertaining to the Collateral that contain information as from time to time reasonably may be requested by Agent.   • Tax Accounting Services (1) Maintain accounting records for the investment portfolio of the Fund to support the tax reporting required for “regulated investment companies” under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”).
