Accepted Standards definition

Accepted Standards means those standards of review, care, skill, and treatment that are recognized by a reasonably prudent chiropractor as being acceptable under similar conditions and circumstances.
Accepted Standards means the established procedures and state of the art of geophysical technology, as in use and applied with due diligence and care within the geophysical industry at the time of execution of this Contract.
Accepted Standards means skills and treatment which are recognized as being reasonable, prudent, and acceptable under similar conditions and circumstances.¶

Contract Date: Means the date that this Contract has been fully executed by the Parties.
