Accidental Death & Dismemberment. (a) Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is payable in the event of death which results from injury caused accidentally and within 365 days of such injury on the basis of 100% of the amount set out in Article B.05(b). Benefits will be paid for certain dismemberment’s as set out in Article B.05(b).
