  • Financial Records and Reports Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Participant’s relevant financial records associated with this Agreement shall not be subject to examination or audit by NASA.

  • Financial Records 26.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records. Financial records shall be retained by CONTRACTOR for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, or until all pending COUNTY, State, and federal audits are completed, whichever is later.

  • Access to Records; Contractor Financial Records Contractor agrees that District and its authorized representatives are entitled to review all Contractor books, documents, papers, plans, and records, electronic or otherwise (“Records”), directly pertinent to this Contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts. Contractor shall maintain all Records, fiscal and otherwise, directly relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles so as to document clearly Contractor's performance. Following final payment and termination of this Contract, Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all Records for a minimum of three years, or such longer period as may be required by law, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy, or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.

  • FINANCIAL RECORDS AND AUDIT Seller shall retain all financial records and documents pertaining to the Goods for a period of no less than three years after final payment. Such records and documents shall date back to the time this Contract was issued and shall include without limitation, catalogs, price lists, invoices, underlying data and basis for cost estimates, and inventory records. Buyer shall have the right to examine, reproduce and audit all Seller records related to pricing, incurred costs and proposed costs associated with any proposals (prior to or after contract award), invoices or claims.

  • Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings If Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor must comply with the City’s Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings requirements, as set forth in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, including the remedies provided therein.

  • Records Generally Xxxxxx agrees to keep and to have in its possession complete and accurate books and records showing the production and disposition of any and all substances produced on the leased land and to permit Lessor, at all reasonable hours, to examine the same, or to furnish copies of same to Lessor upon request along with purchaser's support documentation.   • Public Access to Meetings and Records If the Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor shall comply with and be bound by all the applicable provisions of that Chapter. By executing this Agreement, the Contractor agrees to open its meetings and records to the public in the manner set forth in §§12L.4 and 12L.5 of the Administrative Code. Contractor further agrees to make-good faith efforts to promote community membership on its Board of Directors in the manner set xxxxx xx §00X.0 of the Administrative Code. The Contractor acknowledges that its material failure to comply with any of the provisions of this paragraph shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. The Contractor further acknowledges that such material breach of the Agreement shall be grounds for the City to terminate and/or not renew the Agreement, partially or in its entirety.

  • ACCESS TO RECORDS AND REPORTS The Contractor must maintain an acceptable cost accounting system. The Contractor agrees to provide the Sponsor, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Comptroller General of the United States or any of their duly authorized representatives access to any books, documents, papers, and records of the contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. The Contractor agrees to maintain all books, records and reports required under this contract for a period of not less than three years after final payment is made and all pending matters are closed.
