Access for the Buyer. Upon reasonable notice, the Seller shall provide the Buyer and any other person designated by the Buyer, or will procure that they are provided, with access during normal business hours to the Program and to its books, records and all information relating to the Program for inspection purposes and shall provide such persons, or ensure that they are provided, with all necessary assistance for this purpose.
