Common use of Academic Administrator Clause in Contracts

Academic Administrator. An academic administrator is a Head, Assistant Xxxx, Associate Xxxx, Vice Xxxx (not senior leadership), Associate University Librarian, Associate Vice Xxxxxxx (Libraries and Cultural Resources), Associate Director (Student and Enrollment Services), and any others as agreed by the Xxxxxxx and the Faculty Association. It does not include members of the senior administration. If the applicant currently holds an appointment as an academic administrator the Xxxxxxx’x Office and the Faculty Association shall discuss and agree on the appropriate modification to the process to be followed.
