The School shall meet the performance standards and expectations set forth in the Charter and Contract within the timeline for expected yearly progress toward meeting the school’s long-term performance goals, as defined in the Charter and Contract, as measured by performance frameworks or similar models. In accordance with SBE Regulation 43-601, the School also shall demonstrate that student academic achievement is improving and shall provide evidence of increased student academic achievement for all groups of students.
