Common use of Academic Achievement Clause in Contracts

Academic Achievement. The School shall meet the performance standards and expectations set forth in the Charter and Contract within the timeline for expected yearly progress toward meeting the school’s long-term performance goals, as defined in the Charter and Contract, as measured by performance frameworks or similar models. In accordance with SBE Regulation 43-601, the School also shall demonstrate that student academic achievement is improving and shall provide evidence of increased student academic achievement for all groups of students.
