Common use of Absence Records Clause in Contracts

Absence Records. Employees on short-term leaves of absence that do not require Board approval shall promptly report their absence on the District-provided Employee Leave Request Form as required. Should the employee fail to provide the report prior to the next payroll cut-off period, the District may deduct leave without pay until the report is properly filed.
