Absence of Employment Relationship. 1.6.1. The Parties confirm that this Agreement established the civil legal relationship between the Member of the Supervisory Board and the Company. This Agreement shall not be construed as creating an employment relationship between the Parties. Accordingly, the Member of the Supervisory Board shall not be considered an employee of the Company and shall not be subordinate or accountable to the management of the Company. Pursuant to this Agreement, the Member of the Supervisory Board shall act only as the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and shall assume full responsibility for the performance of his/her functions and implementation of this Agreement.

  • Employment Relationship Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by this letter agreement. This is the full and complete agreement between you and the Company on this term. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company (other than you).

  • No Employment Relationship Whether or not any Options are to be granted under this Plan shall be exclusively within the discretion of the Plan Administrator, and nothing contained in this Plan shall be construed as giving any person any right to participate under this Plan.
