Common use of Abandonment of Employment Clause in Contracts

Abandonment of Employment. An Employee, who has been absent from duty for a period of three (3) rostered periods of work or more without prior notification to or authorisation by their supervisor or without reasonable excuse, will be deemed to have abandoned their employment.
