Binding Effect and Governing Law. This Agreement shall be (i) binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and assigns except as may be limited by the Plan and (ii) governed and construed under the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

All terms and conditions of this Agreement are binding on me, and any spouse, parent, guardian, heir, executor, assign or success of mine (collectively “Successors”). I hereby waive and release, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any and all claims that may in the future belong to any Successor arising out of my attendance at or participation in the Events. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement to Participate and Release of Liability shall be resolved under Utah law and in a venue of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Utah.

Binding Effect and Governing Law. This Employment Agreement supersedes all prior understandings and agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Employment Agreement shall be binding upon the legal representatives, heirs, distributees, successors and assigns of the parties. The Employment Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and may not be changed orally but only in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of any such change is sought. It is agreed that a waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of this Employment Agreement shall not be operated or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach by that same party. This Employment Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Binding Effect and Governing Law. All of the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon, shall inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by and against Karp and his executors, xxxxnistrators and heirs and the Corporation and their respective permitted successors and assigns. This Agreement has been executed and delivered in the State of New Jersey and its validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement shall be governed by the laws of said State.
