Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment (subject to Section 5) shall become effective as of the date (the “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”) on which the following conditions precedent have been satisfied:
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. All of the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 2 shall have been satisfied effective as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Fourth Amendment shall be effective as of the date (the "Fourth Amendment Effective Date") that there shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent, duly executed by the parties hereto, this Fourth Amendment.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Fourth Amendment shall become effective as of the date first above written (the "Fourth Amendment Effective Date") upon the satisfaction of the following conditions:
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment, and the amendments and modifications contained herein, shall be and become effective on the date (the "Fourth Amendment Effective Date") when each of the conditions set forth in this Subpart 3.1 shall have been fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders; provided, that, such date shall occur prior to the termination date set forth in Subpart 3.2 (whereupon this Amendment shall be known and may be referred to as "Amendment No. 4").
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. April 10, 2012.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment shall become effective as of the date first written above (the “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”) on the first date when this Amendment shall have been duly executed and delivered by the Company, each of the Restricted Subsidiaries that are parties to the Credit Agreement, the Administrative Agent and the Majority Banks.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment shall be binding upon the Administrative Agent, Borrower, and the Lenders on the last day (the “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”) upon which (a) counterparts of this Amendment shall have been executed and delivered to Administrative Agent by Borrower, Administrative Agent, and Requisite Lenders, or when Administrative Agent shall have received, telecopied, telexed, or other evidence satisfactory to it that all such parties have executed and are delivering to Administrative Agent counterparts thereof; and (b) Borrower shall have delivered to Administrative Agent copies (certified by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of Borrower) of all corporate action taken by Borrower to authorize the execution, delivery, and performance of this Amendment.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. As set forth in the Fourth Amendment, the Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a fully executed Funding Notice in respect ofwith regard to the Initial Term Loans to be made on the Closing Date no later than one Business Day prior to the Closing Date. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of such Funding Notice, Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender with an Initial Term Loan Commitment of the proposed xxxxxxxxx.xx connection with the Fourth Amendment.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Fourth Amendment shall not he effective, and no rights hereunder shall be conferred on either party, until the later to occur of (i) both parties have executed this Fourth Amendment and written consent to this Fourth Amendment has been received by Sublandlord from Landlord with a copy delivered to Subtenant, or (ii) May 1, 2005.
