Common use of Fourth Amendment Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendatory Agreement shall become effective on the date first set forth above (the "Fourth Amendment Effective Date") when each of the conditions set forth in this Subpart 3.1 shall have been satisfied.

Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendatory Agreement shall become effective on Notwithstanding the date first of execution of this Fourth Amendment, upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth above in Section 4(a) above, this Fourth Amendment shall be effective as of February 28, 2014 (the "“Fourth Amendment Effective Date") when each of the conditions set forth in this Subpart 3.1 shall have been satisfied”).
