FORNECIMENTO DE BENS significa o fornecimento, pela CONTRATADA à CONTRATANTE, de bens de qualquer natureza ou espécie, incluindo, sem embargo de outros, insumos industriais, agrícolas e administrativos, equipamentos prontos ou a serem fabricados sob encomenda ou medida, softwares, hardwares, propriedade intelectual, matéria-prima de qualquer natureza, e afins;

FORNECIMENTO DE BENS significa o fornecimento, pelo Fornecedor à ALESAT, de bens de qualquer natureza ou espécie, incluindo, sem embargo de outros, insumos industriais, agrícolas e administrativos, equipamentos prontos ou a serem fabricados sob encomenda ou medida, softwares, hardwares, propriedade intelectual, matéria- prima de qualquer natureza, e afins; 1.
