Fatturazione e pagamento. L'Acquirente xxxxxxx xxx: (a) se non diversamente specificato xxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx fatturerà all'Acquirente l'Importo Dovuto al momento della consegna dei Beni, dei Servizi o dei Servizi Digitali (a seconda dei casi); (b) l'Acquirente pagherà l'Importo Dovuto (per intero e senza compensazioni, trattenute o deduzioni) entro o prima della scadenza della Data di Scadenza; (c) se un Importo Dovuto non viene pagato entro la Data di Scadenza, Xxxxxxx xxxx il diritto di addebitare e recuperare gli interessi xx xxxxx dell'1,5% al mese o parte di esso sull'Importo Dovuto in ritardo per il periodo compreso tra la Data di Scadenza e il pagamento completo; (d) pagamenti effettuati dal Cliente sono considerati eseguiti nel momento in cui il pagamento sia stato effettivamente riscosso od i fondi xxxxx stati resi disponibili; (e) tenere indenne Sandvik per ogni costo, esborso o danno sostenuto xx Xxxxxxx in connessione con il mancato pagamento da parte del Cliente alla Data di Scadenza, ivi incluse a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, le spese legali (nella dimensione dovuta nel rapporto tra un cliente ed il suo avvocato), le tariffe per il xxxxxxxx del credito su base indennitaria nonché quanto a qualsiasi titolo dovuto alle agenzie xx xxxxxxxx crediti.
