TERMS OF DELIVERY. The supply must be delivered to our receiving address, according to the time limits and procedures indicated in the "LetteraInvitoProtocollata.pdf" file.

TERMS OF DELIVERY. If not otherwise agreed, the Ex-works delivery of the products will be carried out by means of simply communicating to the Customer that the goods are available. The delivery terms shall always be considered approximate and not peremptory and always in favour of OEMER MOTORI ELETTRICI S.P.A. with a consistent tolerance. If a delay in the delivery of the goods is ascertained by OEMER MOTORI ELETTRICI S.P.A. and it is higher than 45 days compared to the date indicated in the confirmation of order, the Customer will have the opportunity to terminate the contract only in relation to the material that is really late and communicating these intentions in written form.

It will be considered valid only if confirmed by the Seller, in each case, he is not liable for delays in delivery (only in dependence of gross negligence against him), especially when the buyer doesn’t respect the terms of payment;

(4c)_Tutti i termini temporali anche di consegna, resa, posa in opera e finitura ecc. anche se definiti tassativi dall’Acquirente, si intendono comunque indicativi e assunti dal Venditore con ogni tolleranza d’uso. Se non diversamente concordato per iscritto, qualsiasi termine di consegna indicato non è vincolante per il Venditore. Salvo diverso accordo tra le parti, il termine di consegna indicativo è quello precisato nella conferma d’ordine. (4d)_I termini di consegna si intendono automaticamente prolungati: 1_quando l’Acquirente non fornisca in tempo utile i dati necessari per la fornitura o richiesta di modifiche in corso di esecuzione o ancora ritardi nel rispondere alle richieste di approvazione di disegni e schemi esecutivi. 2_qualora l’Acquirente non sia in regola con i pagamenti. 3_qualora a giudizio insindacabile del Venditore, la condizione patrimoniale dell’Acquirente e/o l’ammontare del suo credito sia ritenuto tale da costituire evidente pericolo per il conseguimento del prezzo.
TERMS OF DELIVERY a) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, any indicated term of delivery are given for ease of reference only, shall be deemed as non-essential terms and shall be not binding for the Seller. The Products delivery should be made within a reasonable time corresponding to or following the production week specified in the order confirmation. The Seller shall be released from any liability for delivery delays, which terms shall be deemed as merely approximate.
TERMS OF DELIVERY. 5.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, NR COVIS shall deliver the Products Ex Works (Incoterms®2010) at its Production Facilities stated in the Order confirmation. If requested, NR COVIS shall provide for the transport of the Products at the risk, cost and expense of the Customer.
