Refund. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, ECOLE BILINGUE INTERNATIONALE CÔTE D’AZUR E.B.I.C.A will refund the sums paid, free of charge (with the exception of the cost of returning the goods) within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days following the date on which this right was exercised. ECOLE BILINGUE INTERNATIONALE CÔTE D’AZUR E.B.I.C.A may defer the refund until the products are received or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of these products. The date retained is the date of the first of these events. No exchange or credit note will be granted to the Buyer if they exercise their right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the return of the items.

Refund. The amount paid will be fully refunded for a stock product. A product on demand with a lead time higher than ten days will be refunded at 70% of the amount paid. A custom-made product will be refunded at 60% of the amount paid. The refund will be made in the form of a voucher on our e-commerce site.

Refund. The prorata temporis refund or the replacement of the lessons is to be directly asserted from the main office of Swiss Ski School Montana during the stay of the covered person in Crans- Montana. Only in the case an illness or an accident does not allow the covered person or his relatives to go to the main office will be sorted out later per post or e-mail.

Refund. 3.1. The level test fee is non-refundable and non-creditable. The recommended level is valid for six months from the placement test date. 3.2. Registration fees (course fees and student card) are not refundable or transferable. Course sessions cannot be divided into single unit classes. 3.3. The course fees are reviewed on December of each year. If a course has sessions which extend over two years, the course fee applicable is the one of the session in progress; therefore, fees may be modified in the second year. 3.4. Written requests for refunds will be only considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
