Common use of Refund Clause in Contracts

Refund. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, ECOLE BILINGUE INTERNATIONALE CÔTE D’AZUR E.B.I.C.A will refund the sums paid, free of charge (with the exception of the cost of returning the goods) within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days following the date on which this right was exercised. ECOLE BILINGUE INTERNATIONALE CÔTE D’AZUR E.B.I.C.A may defer the refund until the products are received or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of these products. The date retained is the date of the first of these events. No exchange or credit note will be granted to the Buyer if they exercise their right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the return of the items.
