During your stay. It is up to campers to ensure they have insurance cover: campers are responsible for looking after their personal belongings (bicycles etc.). The village shall in no event be held liable in case of an incident involving campers’ civil liability. • All visitors must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. • Each named tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting them. • Camping pitches: on the day of departure indicated on the contract, the pitch must be vacated before noon. • Rental accommodation: on the day of departure specified in your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. The accommodation shall be left perfectly clean and the inventory may be checked. Any breakage or damage shall be payable by you along with any repairs to the premises, if that should prove necessary. The deposit will be returned to you within 14 days after your departure after deduction of compensation retained, on production of the supporting invoices, against possible damage ascertained during the departure inventory. The retention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event of the expenses being greater than the amount of the deposit. • In the event of the accommodation or the pitch not having been cleaned before your departure, a fixed cleaning charge of at least €100 including taxes shall be invoiced to you. • For any delayed departure, you may be charged for an additional day at the price applicable for that night.
During your stay. Tenants are required to take out an insurance company against their risks inherent in their occupation : theft, loss or damage to their personal items as well as any damage that may be caused to the entire rental and the campsite. In the event of an incident the campsite declines all responsibility. Within the water park, only swimsuits, shorts and swimming trunks are accepted (street clothes and full swimsuits are prohibited in order to respect hygiene standards) For accommodation, on the day of your departure (indicated on your booking form), the rental must be vacated before 00.xx. The accommodation will be left in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your expense as well as the restoration of the premises if this is necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after deduction of the compensation retained for any damage noted by the check-out. It is possible to include additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit. If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, we will ask you a cleaning fee of €100.00. For any delayed departure, you may pay for an additional day. Any complaint concerning non-compliance of services with the contract must be reported in writing to the campsite manager within 2 weeks your departure.
During your stay. All holidaymakers must comply with the interior rules, respect all the facilities and equipment’s and silence after 10 PM. It is prohibited to charge your electric car on the pitch. Any violation of this clause will cause an early departure. Access to the campsite is only authorized to persons listed on the reservation contract. In case of false declarations during the booking, the Management will reserve the possibility to cancel the booking and keep the down payment. For security and insurance reasons, it is prohibited to exceed the number of persons allowed in each rental accommodation. Visitors must be declared at the reception before their arrival and must pay a visitor’s fee following the applicable prices. Each named tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting them. Any stay that is interrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure) by you shall not give rise to any refund. No refund will be made without subscription to cancellation insurance. Our company can in no case be liable for the loss or theft of personal items, injuries and damage that could occur to holidaymakers or their belongings. Use Charcoal barbecues is formally prohibited on our site. For any accommodations: Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. As the payment of the stay has already been done, the warranty deposit of 500€ will be returned to you after the final check-up. In case of disrespect of the material, the retention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event of the expenses being greater than the amount of the deposit. In case of the accommodation not having been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning charge between 70€ and 100€ could be required from you. We would like to inform our clients that any complaint regarding the cleanliness of the mobile home must be notified on arrival, before you settle in with your personal items. Once settled, the company will not accept any responsibility.

Only one vehicle is allowed to enter between 7 am and midnight in "Les Sables d’Or" Village Club. Traffic is prohibited after 00 am. Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 am. The accommodation will be returned in perfect condition and the inventory sheet will be checked at that time. Any object found broken or deteriorated will be your responsibility, as well as the restoration of the premises should this be necessary. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay after deduction by way of compensation for any damages noted on the inventory sheet of the premises upon exit and justified with the corresponding invoice. Withholding of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount thereof. Rental accommodation: if the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, your will be charged a cleaning fee of € 80 VAT incl. In the event of late departure, an additional day will be charged for at the current nightly rate.
During your stay should one of the aforementioned incidents occur obliging you to shorten your stay : you will be reimbursed : for the sum corresponding to the part of your visit non-effected and which has already been invoiced by the campsite.
