Animals. We welcome cats and small dogs provided they are kept on a leash in all common areas of our hotel. For reasons of hygiene, these animals are not allowed in the bar and restaurant areas. In order to guarantee everyone's peace of mind, animals must not be left alone in the room without supervision.
Animals. Dogs (except those of 1st category) are accepted with the payment of a supplement (except in Hacienda and Coco sweet where they are forbidden). Its vaccinations have to be up to date. They must be kept on a leash and can’t be left alone in the accommodation or on the pitch. They are not allowed on the pools area and inside the buildings. Pet owners must clean the droppings of their dogs. Cats are forbidden.

Small, live, non-dangerous domestic animals are accepted and may board free of charge under the condition that they are transported in a closed basket held on the knees (maximum dimension of bags or baskets: 45x30x25cm) and must weigh less than 5kg. Dangerous or sick animals are not permitted to travel. In any event, they must not inconvenience other customers and/or be a nuisance to them and/or soil the coach in any way. The animal is the Customer’s responsibility. No animal may travel in the hold.

If, upon your departure, the presence of a parasite is reported to us within 3 days after your departure, we will ask you to settle the decontamination. It is very important to check with your insurer that your pet is covered for any damage it may cause in the accommodation booked. This service costs €35 / week / animal.
