JURISDICTION. 23. For all matters concerning the interpretation and performance of this agreement, the parties expressly declare their consent to submit to the judges and courts of Mexico City, as well as to the legal provisions of the current Civil Code in force in Mexico City, waiving the jurisdiction of any other Court corresponding to their present or future addresses.
