Language. The parties agree that the English version of the Terms has been included for information purposes only; therefore, in the event of discrepancy between the Spanish version and the English version, the Spanish version of the Terms shall prevail.
Language. This Agreement has been negotiated and signed in Spanish, without prejudice to its translation into English for informational purposes only. Consequently, the original version in Spanish will prevail. 17.2 Successors and Assignees. The Contract, the Service Contracts and the Account Documentation will be mandatory for each of the successors and assignees of the parties. The parties agree that neither party may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under the Agreement, the Service Contracts, or the Account Documentation without the prior written consent of the other party, that consent shall not be withheld or denied unreasonably. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Bank may assign or transfer the Agreement, the Service Contracts, and the Account Documentation (a) to any affiliate or subsidiary of the Bank, or (b) in connection with a merger, reorganization or other restructuring that affects the Bank or its activity, by notification to the Customer and the latter consents to the foregoing. 17.3
Language. El presente Contrato se otorga tanto en idioma inglés como en castellano, siendo ambos idiomas igualmente vinculantes y exigibles tanto para las Partes. Sin embargo, si existiere alguna duda con respecto a la interpretación del Contrato, el idioma Castellano prevalecerá en todos los casos.
Language. This PO is signed in two languages, in English and Spanish, therefore the English language will apply for all issues that might arise or be relatedto this Order if the Seller is a United Sates of America resident or any other jurisdiction outside Mexico, and the Spanish language shall apply when the Seller isa Mexican resident.
Language. This Lease Agreement is made in Spanish and English languages, but in the case of dispute the English version shall prevail.
