Entire Agreement. The following sentence is added at the beginning of this Section 20:
Entire Agreement. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties hereto relating to its subject matter. Each Party acknowledges that it has not relied on any prior representations, writings, negotiations or understandings with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement.
Entire Agreement. (a) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, declarations or agreements, either oral or written, related hereto.
Entire Agreement. The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Contracting Parties and supersedes all prior, contemporaneous, express or implied written or verbal, representations and/or agreements. Entire Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent you, the issuer (if you are not the issuer) or Ratings Services from acting in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Subject to the prior sentence, this Agreement, including any amendment made in accordance with the provisions hercof constitutes the complete and entire agreement between the parties on all matters regarding the rating provided hereunder. The terms of this Agreement supersede any other terms and conditions relating to information provided to Ratings Services by you or your agents and advisors hereunder, including without limitation. terms and conditions found on, or applicable to, websites or other means through which you or your agents and advisors make such information available to Rating Services, regardless if such terms and conditions are entered into before or after the date of this Agreement. Such terms and conditions shall be null and void as to Ratings Services. Limitation on Damages (a) Ratings Services does not and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information relied on in connection with a rating or the results obtained from the use of such information. RATINGS SERVICES GIVES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. Termination of Agreement. ThisAgreement may be terminated by either party at any time upon written notice to the other party. Except where expressly limited to the term of this Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall survive the termination of this Agreement. No Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in this Agreement, or the rating when issued, is intended or should be construed as creating any rights on behalf of any third parties, including, without limitation, any recipient of the rating. No person is intended as a third party beneficiery of this Agreement or of the rating when issued. A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no rights underthe Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Agreement.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement and any other agreements explicitly referred to in this Agreement, together with any terms, notices, guidelines, directions, instructions or directives posted on the Support Website from time to time, and all amendments, modifications, additions or changes to the forgoing, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions and agreements, whether oral or written, between the Parties relating thereto. Any additional terms and conditions of use on any purchase order or similar document shall be void and without any force and effect and shall not vary, add to, or delete the terms of this Agreement.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire agreement among the Parties regarding its subject and shall only be amended according to Section 9.5 above.

Entire Agreement. This writing is the complete and exclusive statement of the terms of this Guaranty and supersedes all prior oral or written representations, understandings, and agreements between Beneficiary and Guarantor with respect to the subject matter of this Guaranty.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement, including the recitals and all Supplemental Terms, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to its subject matter and replaces and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or undertakings regarding such subject matter. In this Agreement, the words “including” and “include” mean “including, but not limited to.” The recitals form a part of this Agreement.
